Terms & Conditions

weloveflyers is a trading name used by Philip Osborne alongside DiscoverySquare. Any reference in these Terms and Conditions to we, us, weloveflyers, DiscoverySquare or Philip Osborne refers to the same entity and the identities may be seen as being interchangable.

When you place an order with weloveflyers, you are required to indicate that you have accepted these Terms and Conditions. weloveflyers will not be held responsible for any failure on the part of the customer to fully read the Terms and Conditions before accepting them.

These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order from this site you must be aged 18 years or over, be a UK resident and delivery must be to a UK address. Any international orders received may be subject to additional charges before the order will be processed. International customers will be given the option to cancel their order and receive a full refund if they do not wish to pay the additional charges.

No Waiver

Any failure on our part to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in performance or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.


We reserve the right to alter any details of products advertised without notice and while every effort is made to describe goods accurately in the advertisement no warranty is given as to accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-description and any resulting loss. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.

Customer Artwork

All artwork supplied by customers must correspond to the stated Artwork Requirements.


Customers are responsible for ensuring that they hold all necessary rights to reproduce any graphics or fonts used in artwork they supply to weloveflyers. weloveflyers will not be held liable for the reproduction of any copyright materials supplied by customers.

The copyright in any original artwork produced by weloveflyers will be transferred to customers upon completion of printing. If any order is cancelled before printing, copyright in any designs produced will remain with weloveflyers, all rights reserved. Reproduction of any design whose copyright remains with weloveflyers is prohibited except where permission is specifically granted by weloveflyers.

Artwork produced by weloveflyers may include stock photography or artwork. The transfer of copyright from weloveflyers to customers covers original elements of the design only, copyright in any stock photography or artwork remains with the original artist and any rights to reproduce the artwork purchased by weloveflyers remain with weloveflyers. Customers must check with weloveflyers before reusing any supplied artwork for any purpose other than reprinting flyers or making any other reproductions of supplied artwork to ensure that they are not breaching the licence by which any stock photography or artwork elements were released to weloveflyers.


Delivery periods and dates are given in good faith, but are not the subject of any warranty or condition, and no liability will attach to the Company if delivery periods or dates are not met for any reason whatsoever. Delivery periods begin from when final approval is given to artwork whether supplied by the customer or produced by weloveflyers.

weloveflyers shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. We will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.

The following deadlines apply to all orders: for Standard Delivery, orders must be placed by 16:00 (4pm); for Express Delivery, orders must be placed by 13:00 (1pm); for Priority Delivery, orders must by placed by 10:00 (10am). Where orders are placed after the deadline, they will be processed on the following working day and one day should be added to all delivery time estimates.

Complaints, Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Goods that are custom-made to the customers specifications are not subject to normal rights of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations and Sale of Goods Act. Once an order has been accepted and production has begun, customers cannot cancel the order and are not entitled to a refund if they change their mind. As a consideration to our customers, you may cancel orders that have not yet joined the print queue but this will be subject to a charge of 5% of the original order plus a £15 administration fee. If any cancelled order includes production of artwork by weloveflyers, customers will still be responsible to pay for design work already undertaken but may be refunded any printing costs.

Upon delivery, if you become aware of any printing defects you must report the fault within 7 days and return the faulty products within 30 days to receive replacements. weloveflyers shall not be liable for any costs, expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or 3rd party company arising directly or indirectly out of any print error. In the event that we have printed a document incorrectly and it be found to be our fault then we will supply a full re-print without cost to the customer. If the fault was evident in the final artwork and given customer approval, and/or the customer wishes to alter the artwork prior to the re-print then this will be treated as a new order and be consequently charged for.


Except as may be implied by law and except in the case of death or personal injury where the Customer is dealing as a consumer, in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by us the remedies to you shall be limited to damages which shall in no circumstances exceed the price of the Goods and we shall under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.


In the event that any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Force Majeure

We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.

Payment Method

Unless under prior credit agreement, all orders must be paid for in advance. Full payment must be received and cleared prior to processing the order. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and payment cannot be accepted in any other currency. Payment for the goods, which include delivery charges, are to be made through the method shown on our website at the time you place your order (usually PayPal payments, or credit/debit card payments processed by PayPal).


Orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted to take account of any changes in the law or Government regulations requiring us to increase prices by way of direct taxation, import duties, customs and excise duties or otherwise. The prices are based on today's current costs of production and in the event of any increase in wages or costs of materials to us occurring after the confirmation of accepted contract, we shall be entitled to charge such increases to you.

These Terms and Condition shall be construed in accordance with English Law.
